Policies & FAQ
* Per Texas law, clients who are 17 years old or younger cannot legally sign a contract. A parent or legal guardian must be present at the start of the shoot to sign the physical photo agreement and model release. Sessions cannot begin without a verified parent or guardian signature
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Booking Fee: The $50 booking fee secures your time slot & is non-refundable. If you cancel the session, the booking fee is forfeited.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule due to work, school, or emergencies, you must notify Izzy Vel Photography at least 48 hours before the shoot. Your booking fee can be transferred to a new date.

Weather: If the shoot cannot happen due to severe weather, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost, and your booking fee will transfer.
LATE ARRIVALS
The shoot timer starts at the agreed-upon time. If the Client or Band is late, that time is deducted from the session duration. If the client is more than 20 minutes late, the session is considered canceled, and the booking fee is forfeited.
IMAGE DELIVERY & EDITING

Timeline: Final edited digital images will be delivered via text, instagram or email within 7–10 business days of the session.

Creative Control: The Client explicitly hires Izzy Vel Photography for their specific creative, alternative editing style. Re-editing requests or demands for unedited RAW files will not be accommodated.

No Alterations: The Client may not apply heavy filters, presets, or major edits on top of the photographer's final delivered work.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE LICENSE

Copyright: Izzy Vel Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images taken during the session.

Personal Portrait Use: Portraits/Senior clients have the right to print images and share them on personal social media profiles.

Band/Commercial Use License: Bands booking Live Set Coverage or Band Promo packages are granted a license to use the final images for: social media promotion, website use, streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music), gig flyers, press kits (EPKs), and physical merchandise printing (T-shirts, posters, albums). Credit must be given to @IzzyVelPhotography whenever possible.
